Movido Exploration and Production Limited is an indigenous, independent energy company engaged in the exploration, development and production of oil and gas resources in Nigeria.
The company commenced operations in 2003, when it acquired a marginal oil field, EKEH which was previously held by Texaco Overseas (Nigeria) Petroleum Company Unlimited (TOPCON). The EKEH field is off the coast of Bayelsa State in the Niger-Delta region of Nigeria.
At Movido Exploration and Production Limited, our strategy is to target marginal oil fields with large upside potentials where reservoir parameters are reliably known from wells that have been previously drilled. The availability of well heads, infield flow lines, and export crude oil pipelines will reduce the risks typically associated with production of crude oil.
